






Are you fluent in German and English with strong technical skills and a proven support background? Archibo GmbH is a reliable IT consultancy firm in Germany is looking for an experienced Software Support Engineer to provide expert-level assistance to our global clients.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality technical support in both German and English
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues
Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and customer interactions
Contribute to continuous improvement in support processes and tools
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software support, IT, or a related technical role
Fluency in German and English (spoken)
Strong understanding of software systems, logs, and debugging practices
Experience with ticketing and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or basic scripting
Understanding cisco webexcc
Good Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence
Experience in supporting enterprise or SaaS platforms
