To grow our reach and customer base, we’re hiring a proactive and engaging Sales & Business Growth Specialist.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sell Agilibo Subscriptions: Present the platform’s value to leads and guide them through onboarding.
- Host Webinars & Demos: Run live product webinars, showcase Agilibo, answer questions, and convert attendees into customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online sources.
- Cold Outreach: Build prospect lists and engage via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- CRM Pipeline Engagement: Maintain sales funnel activity and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Respond to Sales Inquiries: Handle incoming requests and prepare offers for IT consulting and developer services.
- Coordinate Tender Applications: Identify opportunities, evaluate requirements, and manage submission processes.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Experience in SaaS, IT sales, consulting, or lead generation
- Confident in public speaking and software demonstrations
- Familiarity with CRMs, lead databases, and digital communication tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and persistent in follow-up
- Bonus: Experience in agile project environments or tools
