Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online), with a strong background in C# .NET development and Dynamics Portals. Experience with On-Premise environments and integration tools such as KingswaySoft is an added advantage.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Portals
Act as a technical lead or design authority in development projects
Create technical documentation and solution designs
Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems
Support and optimize backend services using .NET/C#
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Participate in Agile project deliveries and stand-ups
Conduct and support testing processes and deployments
Handle data migrations and interface development using tools like KingswaySoft
Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, providing mentorship where needed

Your Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development
Deep experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Portals Development
Strong skills in Microsoft .NET (C#) and JavaScript
Proficient in CRM SDK, custom workflows, plugins, and integrations
Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and CRM Master Data Models
Experience in Agile methodologies and client-facing roles
Solid understanding of business workflows and process automation
Practical experience with content/data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft)
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
