Your Mission

Strategy Development: Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Identify target markets and customer personas.
Brand Building: Develop the brand voice and messaging.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including the website, brochures, and presentations.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC). Analyze and optimize online presence to improve traffic and engagement.
Content Marketing: Create and oversee the content strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Ensure content is tailored to the needs of the target audience and SEO-optimized.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to build a pipeline for the sales team. Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture leads.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts.

Your Profile

Fluency in English is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
