Archibo GmbH is a forward-thinking tech company based in Langen, Hessen, specializing in digital solutions for architecture and construction. We are currently looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in software engineering to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

– Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

– Monitor inboxes, respond to messages, and foster community engagement.

– Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Canva.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Optimization

– Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Bing and Google Ads.

– Good knowledge in create audience, lookalike audience, location setup, bidding management.

– Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and continuously improve campaign performance.

– Collaborate with the team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.

Analytics & Conversion Tracking

– mplement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity.

– Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and funnel performance.

– Prepare clear, actionable reports.

SEO & Content Optimization (Preferred)

– Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

– Improve on-page SEO, meta tags, and site structure.

Strategic Contribution

– Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

– Suggest new growth opportunities and creative campaign ideas.

Requirements

– Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ad campaign management.

– Familiarity with conversion tracking tools (GTM, GA4, Microsoft Clarity).

– Proficiency in Canva for design tasks.

– Good command of English (able to explain work clearly in reports and meetings).

– SEO knowledge is a big plus and will be prioritized.

– Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
