Job Description:
We are hiring a Remote Cold Caller to help us connect with international clients for Agilibo, a growing IT services company. The role involves making 100 cold calls per day, five days a week, with the goal of convincing potential customers to explore our services.

Responsibilities:

=> Make 100 cold calls per day 60 calls per day (2 to 5 hours)
(Monday to Friday) using a provided script and lead list
=> international prospects to book discovery calls or consider Agilibo’s services
=> Log call outcomes and follow-ups accurately in a CRM or shared tracking system
=> Handle objections with professionalism and demonstrate persistence to achieve results

Requirements:

=> Minimum 1 year of cold calling or tele sales experience
=> Excellent spoken German and English with a clear or neutral accent
=> Confident, persuasive, and resilient communicator
=> Familiarity with CRM tools or outbound calling platforms is a plus
=> Strong work ethic and ability to consistently meet daily targets
