Job Description
We are looking for motivated Telephone Sales Assistants / Cold Callers (m/f/d) – ideal for students who enjoy communicating and want hands‑on sales experience.
You will call German companies, introduce Agilibo, and spark interest in our solutions — supported on‑site by our team, training, and clear conversation guides.
Responsibilities
=> Calling potential companies in Germany (outbound acquisition)
=> Conducting short, friendly conversations to generate interest
=> Documenting results in a CRM or tracking tool
=> Handling questions or objections politely and confidently
(Exact call volume will be discussed openly during the interview)
Requirements
=> Initial experience in calling, sales, or customer contact is a plus
=> Very good German skills (spoken & written)
=> Confident, clear, friendly communicator
=> Reliable, motivated, and open to learning new skills
=> Comfortable with speaking on the phone — we guide you through everything
